Dr. Ralph A. Johnson holds a master's and a doctoral degree in adult education. He has teaching and administrative experience in three Universities and 20 years’ experience consulting and training in the business community. As Director of Training and Faculty Management for the American Management Association, Dr. Johnson directed the delivery of more than 10,000 management seminars and a faculty of 120 of business trainers. As speaker, facilitator/trainer, he has both national and international experience in training design, development, and delivery of a wide variety of topics.
In addition to delivering and managing interactive training, Dr. Johnson has performed needs analyses, and designed customized curriculum for public and governmental agencies, and a variety of Fortune 500 corporations and mid-sized organizations.
