James Davis' background in law gives him the qualification and experience to help organizations with workplace conflict resolution, fact-finding, alternative dispute resolution, mediation, grievance procedure administration and arbitration.
James has conducted seminars and workshops on EEO and discrimination awareness and prevention, the prevention of sexual harassment, and workforce diversity throughout the US. He has also developed and trained numerous programs on management, employee relations, and organizational change management.
He has written employee orientation workbooks, HR, and sales workshops in a variety of settings including the computer, communication, manufacturing and service industries.
During his fifteen years at Prudential Insurance Company, James Davis served as a Facilitator and Trainer for management practices, equal opportunity requirements and diversity workshops.
Mr. Davis has over twenty years of human resource and employee management relations experience, and ten years experience training marketing and sales executives.
