Mel Blazer is a frequently requested training specialist. He has conducted more than 2,500 seminars (including interactive satellite television sessions) across the U.S. and in Mexico, Canada, England and Ireland.
Mel's expertise has a wide range. He regularly creates and conducts training programs on such diverse topics as interviewing, conducting performance appraisals, customer service, sales, supervising, managing, leadership, team-building, time management and negotiation.
Mel continuously strives to become more effective in all the activities in which he participates and to learn all that he can. In turn, his goal is to give back to others by being the kind of teacher that others have.
As one of 180 facilitators, Mel Blazer trained Chrysler dealership personnel in teamwork and customer satisfaction. He also was one of 120 facilitators for an AT&T GIS program to train associates in teamwork and customer-focused solutions.
Mel has used his many abilities, including his leadership and communication skills, to be an effective change agent in a variety of settings. As national sales manager for ROM Corporation, Mel increased sales by more than 20 percent the first year. In addition, he trained his sales force in new technologies to aid in strategic planning and meeting sales goals.
In addition to his position at ROM Corporation, Mel has held several vital roles at AM International Corporation and also worked as an account executive for Merrill Lynch. All of his experience is put to work as he helps your team achieve it's greatest potential.
