Professional Background

Sonny is a highly experienced and accomplished Management/Leadership Consultant, Trainer and Speaker. He has the unique ability to assess the learner needs to design and deliver strong, introspective training programs using simple, yet profound, approaches. He provides practical tools that simplify approaches to difficult workplace challenges. His facilitation style allows participants to learn and grow in a non-threatening environment.

Experience

Sonny is a twenty-three year veteran of seminar design and implementation. He has developed and implemented programs dealing with diversity, power, leadership and influence skills for clients such as Motorola, Dow Chemical Company, AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, Ameritech, Pfizer, Texas Instruments and US Bancorp.

Sonny served four years in the U.S. Air Force. Subsequently, he created a youth counseling organization that counseled and trained more than 200,000 troubled youth nationwide. In this capacity, he worked with many fortune 500 sponsors and charitable foundations. Additionally, Sonny has worked as a human resources professional with a major corporation, and is a seminar designer and trainer for Alliance Training and Consulting.
