Thomas Gildig is a business trainer with expertise in sales, management, human resources and employee development. At one point in his career, Tom partnered with union officials and the Quaker Oats employee resource team to coordinate continuing education opportunities to 600 displaced workers.
As a Senior Performance Consultant, Tom Gildig developed and conducted sales training for CitiMortgage and Smith Barney personnel. He has also developed and delivered training programs for management, customer service, diversity, presentation skills and training the adult learner.
Mr. Gildig’s career in training and management spans more than 20 years and includes experience with numerous industries including banking, media, business, manufacturing and government. He has facilitated over 1,800 customized onsite business training sessions and numerous senior management planning sessions.
