Our contract trainers are subject matter experts who facilitate business seminars and workshops for both private companies and government agencies of all sizes. Our dedicated operations team supports trainers, helping them achieve success as facilitators.

Trainer/Facilitator Requirements
- Are true subject matter experts
- Have at least 10 years of experience
- Have a proven track record of high achievement
- Have successfully completed at least 300 training/consulting projects
Additional requirements:
- Completed W9 (Sole Proprietor, C Corp, S Corp, or LLC)
- Valid driver's license
- Audio/Visual equipment (laptop, projector, microphone, and webcam)
We Schedule, You Train
Alliance Training has a highly efficient support team to schedules training, handles logistics, and provides professional training materials used in the training.
Contractor Responsibilities
- Tailor and deliver content in a professional, high energy, and interactive style
- Provide practical business solutions to our customers
- Travel to seminar locations (approved travel expenses include airfare or mileage, car rentals and reimbursable lodging)
