Beth Griess has a combined background of field operations in the transportation sector and employee training with an emphasis in safety, OSHA compliance, communication skills and customer service training.
During her twenty-plus years with American Airlines, she served in various positions within the airport and in-flight operations. Beth also served as the project manager for the introduction of a behavior-based safety process to AA's base of over 300 personnel.
As a training consultant, Beth Griess focuses on corporate safety with OSHA and Hazard Communication required training for General Industry as well as Behavior-Based Safety (BSS) workshops and program implementation. Her interactive training style creates an exceptional learning environment for both entry level and experienced safety personnel. Her engaging training style is perfect for all levels including front line labor, engineers and managers.
