Carolyn is an adjunct faculty member of Miami Dade Community College and author of Taking Your Potential to Power, Passport To The Podium, and Passport To International Business Travel.

Carolyn is a consultant to diversified industries and associations. She develops an action plan for each client. Her customized programs are designed to develop high-impact professional communication skills. All participants receive customized workbooks and reference materials. Carolyn has brought her communication strategies to organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Consumer Credit Counseling, Gillette, International Bankers Association, Motorola, and many, many more.
