Debra Neal, speaker, trainer, consultant, author and life coach, is nationally recognized in her work across corporate and non-corporate sectors for almost two decades. Debra has extensive training on diversity management, personal accountability for leadership, and motivational enhancement. Debra offers highly interactive, hands on, multi-sensory presentations based on adult learning theories that promote lasting change and performance improvement. She leverages her 20 years experience, insight, research, and training including her own life successes and stumps to inspire people, promote collaboration, accountability, advance leadership, and manage change.

Experience

Debra has worked with over 2500 individuals and groups in her career and continues to raise the bar on serving and empowering her clients. Pathways to Empowerment, a private minority and women owned business, works with employees on all levels yet offers coaching, training, and consultation contracts with organizations to provide high impact training and consultation services. Through ingenuity and innovation in design and delivery, Debra's programs help to raise the flag on “employee performance” and lower the bar on “employee problems." Debra offers programs focusing on High Performance Work Teams, Executive and Professional Burnout, Diversity and Inclusion, and Character-based Leadership.

Prior to her current work, Debra worked seven years for a large behavioral health organization counseling, consulting, training and coaching employees, supervisors, human resources directors, and senior leaders to grow organizational performance and wellness.

 

Education

Ms. Neal has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling.
