Dr. Brian Grossman is an executive consultant, listening expert, coach, and professional speaker specializing in personal and organizational optimization. His specific focus is working with managers and supervisors to support them in facilitating optimal performance, and turning underachieving employees into those who achieve their best.
Brian has provided training for numerous organizations including JPL, Burlington Northern-Sante Fe Railroad, Woodland Park Zoo, National Zoo, Goodwill Industries, Hewlett Packard, IBM, the IRS, and the US Treasury.
Dr. Grossman is the author of three Audio Programs: “Learn to Listen: Did You Hear What I Think I Said,” “The Ultimate Supervisor: How to Motivate, Retain, Discipline or Fire without Being Sued or Harassed,” and “The 5th Generation of Time Management.”
As the Senior Psychologist coordinating outpatient mental health at a maximum-security prison (supervising 35 masters-level therapists), Dr. Grossman gained considerable experience and insight into performance optimization and conflict resolution in the toughest circumstances.
