An experienced and inspiring facilitator, Katherine Anttila develops and delivers customized training programs specifically designed to meet the client’s learning objectives. She has conducted hundreds of workshops, seminars and courses over the course of her career. She has also facilitated many focus groups and spoken for organizations such as The Conference Board, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and IABC.

Experience

Katherine Anttila has been a communication and training professional for more than 20 years, developing award-winning programs for organizations such as Bank of America, Levi Strauss & Co., Hewlett-Packard Company, and Charles Schwab.  

Katherine’s work experience also includes six years as Director of the Communication Practice for the San Francisco office of Watson Wyatt Worldwide. There, she evaluated, planned, and implemented employee communication and training programs for leading California companies, winning several International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) awards for her work.  She has held employee communication and training positions at Allstate Insurance Company and Kraft, Inc.

 

Education

Ms. Anttila holds a B.A. in Journalism and an M.S. in Education from Indiana University.
