Professional Background
Hunter Lott specializes in delivering business presentations and training on the legal aspects of management and employment practices. Since 1981, Mr. Lott has presented over 3000 sessions on topics ranging from Interviewing, Attitude, Firing, the ADA and Sexual Harassment to Documentation, Communication and Motivation.
Quoted in the Wall Street Journal and featured in newspaper articles in Washington D.C., Los Angeles and Kansas City, Hunter is currently editing a human resource "how to" manual on employment practices and helping companies stay in compliance with their employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) requirements.
A good training presentation has to be both interesting and practical. From past experience, you may think this isn't possible - especially with a riveting topic like "Human Resources and the Law." But, that's where Hunter Lott excels. He specializes in stories. People remember the stories and the "so what" reasons behind the stories.
