Professional Background

Everette Borg is a broadly experienced health and safety professional who has used his “people skills” and contagious energy to help dozens of companies escalate their safety culture, reduce injuries, develop effective training methods, and empower their employees to become “invested owners” of their safety processes.

Following a teaching career including schools in Guam, Moscow, Russia, Norway, London, and Minnesota, Everette received a Master’s Degree in Safety-Risk Control from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

He has led 9 sites across the country to achieve recognition as one of the “Best of the Best in Health & Safety,” OSHAs Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) STAR level award. Concerning making health and safety a vibrant, efficient, and effectively-integrated part of the daily “way of life,” Everette truly “gets it” when it comes to engaging workers in their own health and safety processes.
