Professional Background
Kelly Little is a dedicated, versatile individual. He maintains his certification as a Certified Safety Management Practitioner (CSMP) through the Institute for Safety and Health Management (ISHM), which is recognized by the Council on Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards (CESB). For the past 19 years, he has gained extensive and valuable on-the-job experience and knowledge in the automotive and foundry industries, shop maintenance, and consulting in safety/environmental management. He works with attorneys in reviewing cases on workplace accidents to provide professional opinions. Kelly has established safety and environmental procedures, training, and documentation programs, as well as instituted programs to reduce lost-time accidents. He enjoys training and working with people, to help companies build a culture that will meet their safety and environmental goals.
Kelly has extensive training experience in many aspects of safety, from basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to Confined Space, Fall Protection, Lockout/Tagout to Behavior-Based Safety, and so many facets in-between.
