Through his guidance, Ron generated record profits for Sbarro’s South Florida District. As VP East Region for Villa Pizza & Villa Enterprises, he became an expert in managing expansion and the location start-up process. Throughout his career, Ron has developed specific expertise for “turn around” situations and helping substandard locations achieve profitability and operational consistency. His expertise is an asset in the areas of franchise operations, managing multiple locations, developing food service management training programs, developing menu item recipes, establishing administrative control systems, identifying theoretical costs, store operations, and employee recruitment, retention and training.
