PDU Credits

Project Management International (PMI) uses the Professional Development Unit (PDU) credits.

Project Management International (PMI) uses the Professional Development Unit (PDU) as the measuring unit to quantify approved learning and professional service activities.

PDU activities for PMP credential holders must be related to project management topics as outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).

Each professional development activity yields one PDU for one hour spent engaged in the activity.

The number of PDU credits for each course in the Project Management Series of courses varies.
