She teaches communication, time management and personal empowerment skills for professional excellence and personal development, and is an experienced diversity trainer. She has delivered training sessions in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and 47 states in the USA.




Gwendolyn Hawks-Blue’s career experience has taken her from entry level administrative positions to managing a $5 million budget and staff of 18. She has worked in private industry as well as the public sector, and has extensive experience in managing and motivating volunteer employees.

Gwendolyn has held high-level management positions including Director of Resident Services for the Housing Authority of Kansas City, MO and Social Services Division Supervisor for the City of Kansas City, MO. She has also held prestigious board positions such as: Park University Board of Trustees, Community Mediation Center, Mid-America Assistance Coalition and the American Lung Association of Western Missouri.
