Partnered with IBM to develop and deliver training in 54 locations (2000 people per month) throughout the US. Project expanded the company to 65 people and created a Publishing and Consulting company. The Wiley Publishing Co. used ten courses for its college personal training series. Prentice-Hall used books for personal computer and sales training publications. Science Research Associates (SRA) utilized the publishing and technical expertise to do DB2 course creation and a UNIX to AIX conversion project, which developed their AIX self-taught series. Delivered training for AT&T in 30 locations (4000 people) for an internal software product code named “Loot.” An additional 30 UNIX instructors were hired and the entire project was completed in 6 months.
Ken has specialized in training and consulting to Fortune 500 companies for mainframe and PC platforms. Provided mainframe training for companies such as Texas Instruments, ARCO Oil & Gas, Rockwell International, Carrier, and Pratt & Whitney. Conducted JAD sessions for Shop Floor Control which included 22 areas within United Technologies.
