Experience

Dr. Ralph A. Johnson holds a master's and a doctoral degree in adult education. He has teaching and administrative experience in three Universities and 20 years’ experience consulting and training in the business community. As Director of Training and Faculty Management for the American Management Association, Dr. Johnson directed the delivery of more than 10,000 management seminars and a faculty of 120 of business trainers. As speaker and facilitator/trainer, he has both national and international experience in training design, development, and delivery of a wide variety of topics.

In addition to delivering and managing interactive training, Dr. Johnson has performed needs analyses, and designed customized curriculum for public and governmental agencies, and a variety of Fortune 500 corporations and mid-sized organizations.

Dr. Johnson is the designer and author of the Creative Leadership Workshop. Using only proven approaches, this program guides participants to develop world-class solutions to their real-world problems. The Creative Leadership Workshop is not a seminar; it’s a real-time business experience. The workshop is designed to capture the heart of leadership, develop open communication, create synergy, drive learning, and emancipate action within the organization.
