This is a high-impact customized training session focuses on developing the skills and techniques essential to getting supervisors up to speed in their role as managers and leaders.
The course utilizes the Everything DiSC® Workplace assessment tool. Participants discover a new and deeper awareness of their leadership style. The assessment report, interactive discussions and exercises give supervisors new insight into how to build on their communication, management and leadership strengths.
